Booking Policy

 

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Full payment is to be received 7 days before the start of your course.

 

To make a booking, please get in touch using one of the methods on our contact page.

 

Cancellations

 

14 days or more notice - full course - £50 non-refundable deposit.

7 days notice - 50% of the course.

3 days notice - 25% of the course.

 

Please note: The cost of sessions already delivered will not be refunded.

 

Sickness Cancellations

 

Group sessions - If you are unable to attend your session due to sickness you will be invited along to the next available class. Private sessions - If you are unable to attend your session due to sickness it can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost. Please note: If you need to reschedule more than one session, this may incur an additional cost.

 

Baby Arrives Before you Complete the Course

 

We can never predict when these little ones will decide to make an appearance. If your baby arrives before the end of your sessions, you may be entitled to a refund on the sessions not complete.  Please get in touch in this instance.

 

Enrollment Form

 

You will be required to complete an enrollment form after confirming a booking.  This will be emailed to you to complete.

 

Please note: All data will be stored securely and remain confidential in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018
